🔹 4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via our online system.

  • Payment must be made in full before shipment dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved business accounts.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in shipment delays, cancellation, or additional charges.

All payments are subject to the Return and Refund Policy available on our website.


🔹 5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that:

  • All shipment information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

  • Goods are properly packed, labeled, and documented according to international standards.

  • Any prohibited or restricted items are not included in the shipment.

  • They comply with all customs, import/export, and regulatory laws applicable to the destination country.

Skyline Path Logistics will not be responsible for delays, fines, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal substances or contraband

  • Explosives, firearms, or hazardous materials

  • Perishable goods not approved for transport

  • Cash, jewelry, or valuables exceeding declared limits

  • Live animals not registered under approved pet logistics programs

Shipments found to contain prohibited items may be reported to authorities and subject to seizure without refund.


🔹 7. Insurance & Liability

Skyline Path Logistics provides optional shipment insurance coverage for added protection.
Unless additional insurance is purchased:

  • Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the minimum required by applicable law.

  • We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or emotional losses, including lost profits or missed business opportunities.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe handling, but customers are encouraged to insure valuable or fragile shipments before dispatch.


🔹 8. Delivery and Transit

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, unless expressly stated in a written service agreement.

  • Skyline Path Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government regulations.

  • In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional fees may apply.


🔹 9. Vehicle and Pet Transportation

Vehicles:

  • Must be fully inspected, photographed, and documented before transport.

  • Customers are advised to remove personal belongings prior to pickup.

Live Animals:

  • Must meet all veterinary, vaccination, and airline regulations.

  • Our staff ensures safe handling, but Skyline Path Logistics cannot be held liable for conditions caused by stress, weather, or airline delays beyond our control.


🔹 10. Cancellations

Customers may cancel their shipment according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds are issued only if the cancellation is made within the eligible period and before shipment dispatch.


🔹 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Path Logistics shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control (force majeure)

  • Errors or omissions by third-party carriers or customs authorities

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
